In January, we exhibited at the Festival of Genomics in London, overall a great success, with very good attendance on our booth and interesting speaker session. The event ran very smoothly, although the cold weather wasn’t only outside on the streets of London but also decided to attend the event.
With plenty of exhibitors and attendees we had two busy days talking to potential customers, partners and other interesting people. The Festival, yes in deed a festival not just a conference, had three tracks running in parallel covering different aspects of the genomics industry. The organisers of the event also scheduled plenty of other activities during the two days, in which we happily took part:
- We participated in the poster sessions, with a poster on the performance optimization of the cancer pipeline of UMCU, Utrecht, the Netherlands
- In a Video interview our Director of Business Development, Sham Naal explains what BlueBee does and who is using our services
- Our Head of Research Vlad Sima and Marketing Manager Ivan Karabeliev made a run for it in the Race the Helix charity contest and won the Longest Team Run award. Congratulations to both of them!
